Business Analyst

About the role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Business Analyst** who will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting functional and technical specifications, supporting Agile delivery, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

· Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis

· Create and maintain **BRD, FRD, SRS, and User Stories** with clear acceptance criteria

· Perform **process mapping**, workflow analysis, and identify improvement opportunities

· Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross\-functional teams to ensure requirement clarity and alignment

· Support **Agile \& Scrum ceremonies** including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

· Assist in **UAT planning and execution**, including test case review, defect tracking, and user sign\-off

· Develop **wireframes and prototypes** using tools like Figma or Balsamiq to visualize requirements

· Conduct **data analysis and reporting** to support decision\-making and business insights

· Support **pre\-sales activities** including requirement analysis, solution presentations, and proposal documentation

· Work with ERP and enterprise application teams to understand system functionalities and constraints

· Collaborate with technical teams on **API and system integrations** (basic understanding required)

· Perform **change management and impact analysis** for system and process changes

· Maintain project documentation using JIRA and Confluence

· Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders and leadership

**Technical Skills \& Tools**

· Requirement Documentation: BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories

· Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SDLC

· Process Modeling: Flowcharts, BPMN, Use Case Diagrams

· Tools:

* **JIRA \& Confluence** (requirement and sprint management) * **MS Excel \& PowerPoint** (analysis and presentations) * **Figma / Balsamiq** (wireframing \& prototyping)

· Data Analysis \& Reporting

· ERP \& Enterprise Application Concepts

· API \& Integration Fundamentals

**Required Qualifications**

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field along with MBA with any specialization.

· 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst

· Strong understanding of requirement gathering and documentation standards

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

· Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong stakeholder management and client\-facing experience

· Effective presentation and documentation skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in cross\-functional teams

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**

· Experience in ERP implementations

· Exposure to pre\-sales or solution consulting

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
