About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Motion Designer who can both conceptualize and produce high-quality video content for social media. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling end-to-end video production — from shooting to editing to motion graphics — with a strong understanding of digital-first content.
This role requires someone who understands storytelling, platform trends, and performance-driven creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms
Create engaging motion graphics, reels, performance ads, and branded content
Handle camera setups, lighting, framing, and audio recording for shoots
Edit videos including color correction, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics
Develop short-form content optimized for engagement and conversions
Collaborate with the design and marketing team for campaign concepts
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
Ensure brand consistency across all video assets
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in motion design and video production
Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
Good understanding of cinematography, framing, and lighting
Experience shooting with DSLR / mirrorless cameras
Ability to create social-media-first content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
Strong storytelling and pacing skills
Basic sound editing and color grading knowledge
