Job Summary
Knack Solutions Ltd is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee daily IT operations, technical support, systems performance, and service delivery. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with strong skills in infrastructure management, user support, cybersecurity awareness, and team leadership.
What You'll Do
- Manage IT operations, technical support, infrastructure, systems, and service desk activities.
- Oversee incidents, escalations, access controls, backups, updates, and system availability.
- Improve IT workflows, service standards, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs, risks, budgets, compliance, cybersecurity controls, and service performance.
- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, technology rollouts, and process improvements.
- Prepare reports, technical recommendations, and operational improvement plans.
Requirements
- Experience in IT operations, technical support, infrastructure, systems administration, or IT service delivery.
- Previous IT management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, service desk management, backups, and IT governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, troubleshooting, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage teams, incidents, projects, vendors, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, monitoring tools, CRM systems, cloud platforms, and project management software.
