About the Role
KOKA Software Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer / UI Designer with 1–2 years of experience to design and improve websites, SaaS product pages, landing pages and digital marketing creatives.
The candidate will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product and Development Teams to create modern, responsive and conversion-focused designs for KOKA's ERP, CRM, HRMS and SaaS products.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Design
- Design modern and professional website pages for KOKA.
- Create landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Design product pages for KOKA ERP, CRM, HRMS, Books and other SaaS products.
- Improve existing website layouts and user experience.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, spacing, layouts and branding.
- Work with developers to convert designs into functional web pages.
UI/UX Design
- Create wireframes and page layouts.
- Design user-friendly website interfaces.
- Improve website navigation and user experience.
- Create CTA sections focused on lead generation.
- Design forms, pricing sections, feature sections, comparison sections and dashboards.
- Analyse existing pages and recommend UI improvements.
- Create designs based on customer/user requirements.
Marketing Design
Create digital creatives for:
- Email campaigns
- Website banners
- Landing pages
- Product promotions
- Brochures
- Presentations
- Social media posts
- SaaS product advertisements
SaaS Product Design
Work with the Product Team to design interfaces for:
- ERP
- CRM
- HRMS
- Accounting
- Task & Project Management
- Ticketing
- Visitor Management
Create:
- Dashboard designs
- Forms
- Tables
- Reports
- Charts
- User workflows
- Mobile-responsive screens
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
- HTML
- CSS
- Responsive Web Design
- Bootstrap
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator or equivalent tools
- Basic JavaScript understanding
Preferred Skills
- UI/UX design experience.
- Figma prototyping.
- WordPress experience.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, portfolio and design skills.
