Job summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage both internal and external communication for our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our brand voice, crafting compelling content, and building strong relationship with stakeholders, media, and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping good communication with your Donor , maintaining excel sheet and emails
Strategy Development:Develop and implement strategic communication plans to align with company goals.
- Media Relations:Manage relationships with media outlets, coordinate media interactions, and handle crisis communication.
- Brand Management:Oversee and maintain the company's brand image and messaging across all communication channels.
- Internal Communication:Facilitate clear and consistent communication within the organization, ensuring alignment across departments and levels.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Preferred Qualifications And Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
