Key Responsibilities:
Manage and achieve inside sales and revenue targets.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and databases.
Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and position suitable IT solutions.
Coordinate with field sales, pre-sales, OEMs, and distributors for proposals and closures.
Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, forecasting, and CRM updates.
Develop relationships with IT Managers, CIOs, CTOs, Procurement, and decision makers. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Lead, coach, and monitor the inside sales team.
Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.
