Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop embedded electronic hardware and circuit boards.
  • Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and electronic prototypes.
  • Select appropriate microcontrollers, sensors, communication modules, and electronic components.
  • Work with MCU/MPU, RF, GSM/4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, RS485, CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, and other communication technologies.
  • Develop hardware for IoT, CCTV monitoring, security alarms, fire alarm systems, sensors, and automation products.
  • Perform circuit simulation, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct hardware validation, reliability testing, and performance testing.
  • Identify and resolve hardware failures and field-level technical issues.
  • Work with PCB manufacturers and component suppliers for prototype and production development.
  • Prepare BOM, circuit diagrams, PCB files, test procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with firmware developers for hardware–firmware integration.
  • Support production teams during pilot production and mass manufacturing.
  • Reduce product cost through component selection and circuit optimization.
  • Analyze returned/failed products and identify root causes.
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable safety, EMC, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support certification and testing activities when required.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
  • Experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems.
  • Good understanding of power supply circuits, battery systems, regulators, relays, MOSFETs, transistors, and protection circuits.
  • Experience in PCB design using tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or similar.
  • Knowledge of embedded communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, RS485, CAN, TCP/IP, etc.
  • Understanding of wireless technologies such as RF 433 MHz, LoRa, GSM/4G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth is preferred.
  • Ability to use electronic test equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer, signal generator, and power supply.
  • Good hardware debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of EMI/EMC and basic product safety requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
