Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Social Media & Web Developer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both digital marketing and website development and can help strengthen our online presence through engaging content and a professional, user-friendly website.
Responsibilities
Social Media
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Develop graphics, captions, videos, and promotional content
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
- Monitor social media engagement, messages, comments, and inquiries
- Track performance and provide recommendations for improving engagement
- Stay current with social media trends and digital marketing strategies
Website Development & Management
- Build, update, and maintain company websites
- Create and update website pages, content, images, and promotional materials
- Ensure websites are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing
- Troubleshoot basic website issues and coordinate technical updates
- Optimize website content for search engines and performance
- Work with the team to improve online customer experience
Qualifications
- Experience with social media management and website development
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or similar platforms
- Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with SEO and website analytics
- Strong visual and creative skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Graphic design experience is a plus
