Must know assembly line setup, SKD/CKD process, SOPs, line balancing, manpower planning, jigs/fixtures, QC checkpoints, EOL testing, vendor quality, BOM understanding and technician training.
Preferred background: AC, HVAC, fan, air purifier, smart appliance, kitchen appliance, consumer electronics, IoT hardware, EMS or white goods manufacturing.
