### **Job Description**
### **Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **.NET Technical Lead** with over **10 years of hands\-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise\-level applications using Microsoft .NET technologies**. The ideal candidate will provide **technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to development teams**, ensuring delivery of high\-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the **design, development, and deployment** of scalable applications using **.NET technologies (.NET Core / .NET Framework / ASP.NET)**. * Provide **technical leadership and mentorship** to development teams. * Collaborate with **product managers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders** to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Define **application architecture, coding standards, and best practices**. * Conduct **code reviews** and ensure adherence to design patterns and quality standards. * Design and develop **RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud\-based solutions**. * Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide performance optimization solutions. * Participate in **Agile/Scrum ceremonies** including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Ensure proper **documentation of architecture, processes, and technical solutions**. * Drive **continuous improvement in development practices, tools, and technologies**.
### **Required Skills \& Qualifications**
* **10\+ years** of experience in **.NET development**. * Strong expertise in:
+ **C\#** + **ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core** + **.NET Core / .NET Framework** + **Web APIs / RESTful services** * Experience with **Microservices Architecture**. * Strong knowledge of **SQL Server** and database design. * Experience with **Entity Framework / ORM tools**. * Knowledge of **Azure or other cloud platforms**. * Experience with **CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)**. * Strong understanding of **design patterns, SOLID principles, and software architecture**. * Experience with **Agile development methodologies**.
### **Preferred Skills**
* Experience with **Docker and Kubernetes**. * Knowledge of **React / Angular or other frontend frameworks**. * Experience with **message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus)**. * Exposure to **DevOps practices and infrastructure automation**.
### **Education**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, or related field**.
