Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead with over 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-level applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to development teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET technologies (.NET Core / .NET Framework / ASP.NET).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to design patterns and quality standards.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide performance optimization solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure proper documentation of architecture, processes, and technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in development practices, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in .NET development.
- Strong expertise in:
- C#
- ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
- .NET Core / .NET Framework
- Web APIs / RESTful services
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
- Experience with Entity Framework / ORM tools.
- Knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and software architecture.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of React / Angular or other frontend frameworks.
- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
