Kwena Human Capital, a leading recruitment company, is currently seeking to hire an Accountant/ Senior Accounts Clerk to be based in Table View, Cape Town. This position will be for our Kwena Music Division.
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Accounting Degree
- 5 years' relevant accounting experience
- Strong Sage One systems experience
- Proven payroll administration experience
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- Must reside in Table View or the surrounding area
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Independently manage the full day-to-day finance function
- Student quotations, new intake fee structures and monthly invoicing
- Debtors' management, collections and payment arrangements
- Creditors, supplier reconciliations and payment preparation
- Monthly payroll and salary administration
- VAT, PAYE, UIF, SDL and SARS submissions and payments
- Sage One accounting and bank reconciliations
- Cash-flow monitoring, monthly financial reporting and management accounts
- Overall finance administration and internal controls
