**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Prospect and generate leads, contact new and existing customers, and negotiate deals to secure orders and payments. * Provide product/service information, support dealer teams, and liaise with financiers for delivery processing. * Keep customer data, opportunities, and calendars up\-to\-date in CRM; ensure timely submission of travel expense reports. * Develop sales plans, identify business opportunities, and contribute insights on competitors and product enhancements * Collect voice\-of\-customer input to improve service and inform internal improvements. * Analyse orders and provide documentation and insights to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
