Lalamove's Product team builds the App — the bridge that connects Lalamovers with the local business owners and delivery partners we serve. We absorb feedback from our users, drivers, and internal stakeholders, and make hard and swift decisions to push for the best outcome.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Pricing to facilitate the impossible triple win: competitive price, good earnings, and platform growth. In this role, you'll shape pricing strategy that drives growth across markets, ensure compliance in every region you touch, build products loved by business and engineering alike, orchestrate flawless releases, and make decisions backed by data, not guesses.
What you'll do:

Shape pricing strategy: Understand direction and rationale behind ideas from the business team and give constructive feedback. Translate decisions into highly configurable systems that support nuanced pricing strategies, driving more completed orders across South East Asia, the Americas, Europe, and beyond.

Ensure compliance: Work with local finance teams to design scalable and robust taxation & compliance solutions.

Build excellent product: Write PRDs that are loved by business, tech, and QA team. Anticipate and mitigate potential risks before they become issues. Bring the product to production on time.

Release the product: Orchestrate cross-function stakeholders to support the release, and let the world see your masterpiece. You move obstacles on the way from end to end.

Make data-driven decisions: Collaborate with Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Analytics teams to fetch and organise data to decide next steps. Loop in the engineering team when data is missing.
What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or a related field.

3+ years of product management experience for internal / complex platforms across multiple markets

Understanding of two-sided marketplace (supply & demand) dynamics or the logistics industry.

Able to produce production-ready UI (Figma or other tools) for internal-facing products.

Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work.

Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.

Track record of building trust and strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English and Mandarin.
