Title: Technical Program Manager (Product Releases) Location: Remote/ Work from home

**Responsibilities:**

**Release Leadership \& Execution**

· Lead end\-to\-end release planning and execution across Product, Engineering, Go\-to\-Market (GTM), Customer Success, Support, and Operations.

· Own release readiness and ensure successful delivery against timeline, quality, adoption, and business impact objectives.

· Drive alignment, governance, and accountability across multiple concurrent product launches and releases.

**AI\-Driven Delivery Excellence:**

· Leverage AI\-powered tools, copilots, automation, and analytics to enhance planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.

· Champion AI\-enabled workflows that improve operational efficiency, visibility, and decision\-making.

· Continuously identify opportunities to optimize release processes through GenAI and intelligent automation.

**Business Impact \& Success Measurement:**

· Define and monitor release success metrics aligned to customer adoption, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and user experience.

· Ensure every release supports strategic business priorities and delivers measurable value.

· Conduct post\-release reviews to evaluate outcomes, capture learnings, and drive continuous improvement.

**Customer \& Organizational Readiness:**

· Ensure Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Delivery teams are fully prepared to launch, implement, and support new product capabilities.

· Develop release communication, enablement materials, and readiness plans for internal and external stakeholders.

· Gather and incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback to improve future release planning.

· Cross\-Functional Program Leadership

· Orchestrate complex dependencies, risks, and priorities across multiple teams and business functions.

· Lead issue resolution, decision\-making, and executive escalations to keep releases on track.

· Deliver clear, executive\-ready reporting on release progress, risks, milestones, and business outcomes.

**Education**

BE/BTech/MCA

**Experience**

· 7\+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Project Management within software or SaaS organizations.

· Proven success leading large\-scale, cross\-functional product launches or release management initiatives.

· Demonstrated experience delivering programs that drive measurable business outcomes and customer value.

**AI \& Digital Fluency**

· Hands\-on experience using AI\-powered tools, copilots, automation platforms, and analytics solutions to improve delivery effectiveness.

· Strong understanding of how AI can enhance planning, execution, reporting, and operational decision\-making.

· Growth mindset with a passion for adopting emerging AI technologies and modern ways of working.
