Job Summary
Responsible for conducting land and construction surveys to determine property boundaries, elevations, and site measurements to ensure accurate implementation of project plans and specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct land and site surveys using surveying instruments and equipment.
- Establish and verify property boundaries, elevations, coordinates, and reference points.
- Perform layout and staking for building structures, roads, and other construction works.
- Interpret construction drawings, site development plans, and survey data.
- Prepare survey reports, field notes, and as-built survey measurements.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site personnel to ensure accurate positioning of structures.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior
Qualifications
- Graduate of Geodetic Engineering or a related field.
- With experience in land surveying and construction projects is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS equipment.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and survey plans.
- Willing to work on-site and be assigned to project locations.
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
