Overview
*Experienced Columbia Machine Knowledge - Concrete Paver Manufacturing We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in production processes.
*Experience with Columbia Machinery, batching systems, color systems, electrical systems, trouble shooting skills, strong managerial skills.
Duties
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance - Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products - Utilize systems to track production metrics and identify areas for improvement - Lead process improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes - Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime - Oversee operations management including planning, organizing, and directing the fabrication process - Coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of materials - Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations - Supervise production management activities to meet quality standards - Manage supply chain management activities to optimize inventory levels
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a plant management role - Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies - Excellent knowledge of production management and supply chain processes - Ability to fabricate effective solutions to operational challenges - Proficiency in utilizing systems for data analysis and reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
