GTM Analytics Manager

About the role

<p>As a GTM Analytics Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally across our entire go-to-market organization to help inform our GTM strategy and business decisions and ensure that Lattice is operating at its full potential. You will work within the Business Operations team, a small group of folks working to ensure that Lattice executes rigorously against data-driven decisions.&nbsp;</p> <p>This person will play a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insights to improve sales &amp; marketing efficiency. This role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Operational leaders across a variety of long-term strategic initiatives as well as ad-hoc analyses.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success.</li> <li>Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.</li> <li>Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making.</li> <li>Support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, etc.).</li> <li>Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business</li> <li>Ability to translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A bachelor's or masters in a quantitative field, or equivalent work experience</li> <li>4+ years of experience in analytics/data science, finance, or strategic role in a technology company</li> <li>Strong SQL skills are a must</li> <li>Prior experience with DBT &amp; Looker (or other BI tool) is a strong plus</li> <li>An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics</li> <li>Very strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives and elevate the data maturity across the business</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> </ul> <p>____</p> <p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $164,500 - $180,000.
