(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)* Build, maintain, and grow client relationships by consulting suitable solutions based on clients’ objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and implementation plans, and participate in presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams, as well as partners/influencers, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to support livestreams, content shoots, and other production activities.
- Monitor campaign progress, business performance, and client satisfaction to optimize services and expand partnership opportunities.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing, social media, and market trends to propose relevant solutions for clients.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- University degree, with at least 1.5 years of experience in account management, or business development in agencies, Influencer marketing, media, advertising, digital, or related fields.
- Experience in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC campaigns, or social outreach services is preferred.
- Ability to build client relationships, consult solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, task management, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial mindset, proactive attitude, result orientation, and flexibility in handling situations.
- Good understanding of social media, branded content collaboration, and influencer campaign execution models.
- Knowledge of KOC e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and livestream campaigns is a plus.
- An existing network with clients, agencies, creators, or influencers is an advantage.
