**Job Description**

Lavallette Yacht Club is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee facility improvement projects, coordinate operational initiatives, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the club’s standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, vendors, staff, and club leadership.

**Responsibilities**

* Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility improvement and capital projects. * Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines. * Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants. * Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met. * Manage project budgets and prepare status reports. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and club policies. * Identify project risks and implement effective solutions. * Maintain project documentation, contracts, and records. * Provide regular updates to leadership on project performance. * Support operational improvements and special initiatives.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. * Three or more years of project management experience. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Pay: $50\.00 \- $65\.00 per hour
