· Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
· Manage end\-to\-end project sales cycles — from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
· Engage with corporate clients, government bodies, and channel partners for project sales.
· Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design customized IT solutions. Work closely with technical and pre\-sales teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
· Lead sales pitches, negotiations, and deal closures.
· Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance accurately.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
