Job description –
Shipment Management: Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, and track delivery statuses.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, verify packing slips against actual deliveries, and update inventory databases.
Transport Coordination: Work directly with transport providers and suppliers to schedule deliveries,and resolve delays.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot delivery discrepancies, track lost cargo, and handle customer queries regarding shipment issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate digital databases (Excel), log logistics performance metrics, and process paperwork for Vehicle in transit.
