Job Description:
As the Operations manager of the Sri city region, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of equipment maintenance and facility operations and client relations within your designated region. This role ensures optimal functioning of production machinery, utility services, and overall client plant infrastructure to support uninterrupted production. Your primary goal will be to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of technical / maintenance management services.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Implement operational best practices to enhance service quality and productivity.
- Develop strategy and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime for all client locations in a region.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing regional team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the professional growth of team members.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for the maintenance team.
- Ensure effective shift planning and coordination for 24/7 plant operations.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance and key metrics.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment downtime, and spare parts inventory.
- Provide regular reports on maintenance performance metrics, including MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency).
Equipment Optimization:
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance and implement upgrades.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in equipment reliability and availability.
Skillsets required for the below Facilities:
- 33/11 KV Substation & Generator
- WTP, ETP, STP, Hot water Generator
- PSW (Portable spot welding gun), Assembly Shop
- Propane / LPG Gas yard
- Troubleshooting of Hydraulics, Electricals, Pneumatic systems
Required Qualifications & Criteria :
- B.E / B. Tech / M. Tech Mechanical or Electrical
- 15-20 years of Maintenance / Facilities management at regional or national level in a large MNC company
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Experience working in the Technical Facility Management industry, Vehicle Manufacturing companies with a Technical / Maintenance background is a must.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of facility management processes, technologies, and industry standards.
- Candidates from Tier 1 Industry and Competitions are most preferable
- Candidates from strong Maintenance / Manufacturing industry experience only apply
