We are seeking a Technical Recruiter (Reciter) with 4+ years of experience in the Technical Facilities Management (FM) industry to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and recruiting top engineering talent specializing in FM operations, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), HVAC, and Building Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Recruitment & Assessment
- Identify, screen, and assess candidates for engineering roles in the FM industry.
- Conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidates’ knowledge of FM systems, maintenance, and operations.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
Facilities Management (FM) Expertise
- Assess candidates’ expertise in preventive & corrective maintenance, asset management, and building services.
- Ensure recruitment aligns with FM industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate candidates for roles such as Facility Engineers, Maintenance Managers, and Technical Supervisors.
Training & Onboarding
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they meet technical and operational standards.
- Support the development of technical training programs for newly recruited FM professionals.
Process Improvement & Talent Pipeline
- Develop and maintain a database of skilled FM candidates for future hiring needs.
- Work with HR to enhance the recruitment and selection process for technical roles.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- 4+ years of experience in the Technical FM industry, with a strong understanding of engineering roles.
- Experience in technical recruitment, hiring processes, and candidate assessment.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance systems.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment tools.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM), LEED, or equivalent FM-related certifications.
- Recruitment certifications (optional but beneficial).
