Position: Sr. Technician Electrical
Location: Chakan
Qualifications: Diploma / ITI- Electrical
Responsibilities:
- Candidate experience background will be Assembly shop Maintenance.
- Mechatronics maintenance skill
- Exposure of automotive industry
- Good knowledge of Electronics/Electrical Maintenance, Conveyor maintenance, electrical & electronics troubleshooting, PLC I/O troubleshooting, Basic Knowledge of Sensor,
- Able to do trouble shooting and Maintenance of Robots, Siemens & Mitsubishi PLC, Servo Drives, HMI.
- Hand on experience on PM, PDM, BD, CBM, TBM,
- Awareness of MTTR, MTBF
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Assembly shop auxiliary equipment maintenance such as Pneumatic tools, Balancer, Manipulator, Hoist, Scanner, Printer, light curtain, DC tools, Testing machine etc.
- Basic PLC programming
- Ready to do by hand work.
