Leapfroggr builds SeriousMD and NowServing — healthcare products used daily by 20,000+ doctors and millions of patients. Our design decisions directly impact how physicians manage patient records, how clinics run their schedules, and how patients find and book care.

What You'll Actually Do
- Lead and grow the design team. Today that's one designer who knows our products deeply. Tomorrow it's the team you build.
- Own design strategy across SeriousMD (B2B EMR) and NowServing (patient marketplace).
- Stay hands-on — you'll still design, not just manage.
- Work directly with product and engineering to ship features weekly, not quarterly.
- Run user research with actual doctors and patients — not personas, real people.
- Build and maintain design systems that scale across web, iOS, and Android.
