Job Title: Learning & Development and HRBP

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a strong focus on training and development. The role will primarily involve designing and delivering impactful training programs (80%) across sales, product, and process areas, while also managing business partnering and HR operations (20%). The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in employee development, stakeholder management, and operational HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Development (80%)
• Design, implement, and deliver training programs for sales, product, and process teams.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop customized learning modules.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Business Partnering & Operations (20%)
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units, supporting workforce planning and employee engagement
• Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues and provide HR guidance.
• Support HR operations including performance management, policy implementation, and compliance.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to training and development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs across diverse teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in HR operations and business partnering.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
