Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, preferably in steel manufacturing or industrial materials.
- Minimum requirements is 5 years in Managerial Role
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to analyze data, set targets, and implement action plans.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
