Job Summary
As a Social Media and Live Sales Executive, you will manage social media activity and present live sales content, combining clear communication with an engaging, consistent brand presence. You will plan content, interact with audiences and support sales conversations across relevant channels.
Duties
- Manage social media accounts, prepare and publish content, and keep posts aligned with agreed messaging.
- Host live sales sessions, present products or services clearly, respond to audience questions and guide viewers through purchasing information.
- Monitor comments and messages, respond professionally, and refer sensitive or complex enquiries to the appropriate colleagues.
- Reply to enquiries in good time, generate and chase up Leads.
- Review audience responses and share useful observations with colleagues to help refine content and improve customer engagement.
- Your impact: Clear, timely answers help customers understand what is being offered and make informed decisions.
Experience
Required: Practical social media management skills, confident written and verbal communication, and the ability to present information clearly during live sessions. You should be organised, attentive to audience responses and able to handle enquiries professionally. Preferred: Public relations knowledge or experience, along with related experience creating social content, engaging online communities or supporting live sales activity.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
