**Job Summary**
Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a proactive and dynamic **HR Executive** to manage end\-to\-end recruitment and support day\-to\-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in **Kannada (Mandatory)** along with English and should be willing to relocate from Hyderabad to Bangalore.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for various positions. * Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. * Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. * Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. * Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. * Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation. * Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative activities. * Ensure timely follow\-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. * Support HR policies and maintain employee records.
**Required Skills**
* **Kannada language proficiency is mandatory** (Read, Write \& Speak). * Good communication skills in English. * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. * Familiarity with MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.). * Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
**Eligibility**
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or any graduate with relevant HR experience. * **0–2 years of experience** in HR Recruitment or HR Operations. * Candidates currently residing in **Hyderabad** and **willing to relocate to Bangalore**. * Immediate joiners will be preferred.
