Role Overview

We are looking for a high\-energy Sales Engineer with a strong technical background to drive our air compressor business in Goa. This is not just a desk job; you will be the "technical face" of the company, bridging the gap between engineering solutions and commercial sales. You will leverage your 5–8 years of experience to identify new opportunities, consult with industrial clients, and manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

* Business Development: Identify and acquire new industrial clients in Goa (Pharmaceuticals, Food \& Beverage, Manufacturing, etc.). * Technical Consulting: Conduct site visits to assess compressed air requirements and recommend the right compressor models based on CFM, pressure, and energy efficiency. * Proposal Management: Prepare technical and commercial quotations, highlighting ROI and the benefits of our spares and service packages. * Sales of Spares \& AMC: Drive revenue through the sale of genuine spare parts and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). * Relationship Management: Maintain long\-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction. * Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities and local industrial trends in the Goa region.

Candidate Requirements

* Experience: 5 to 8 years in Sales or Business Development specifically within the Air Compressor industry. * Note: Candidates with a service background moving into sales are highly encouraged to apply. * Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of both mechanical structures and electrical controls of air compressors to provide accurate technical solutions. * Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * Mobility: Must have a valid driving license and a personal two\-wheeler for extensive travel across industrial estates in Goa (Verna, Kundaim, Pissurlem, etc.). * Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Fluency in English and Hindi is required; Konkani/Marathi is a major plus.
