Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the lettings team to meet and exceed branch performance goals through effective coaching and development.
- Manage the end-to-end rental process, including property viewings, tenant screening, referencing, and lease agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as tenancy documentation, compliance checks, and property inspections to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and landlords, utilizing digital platforms and local outreach efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the branch.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant legal requirements, health & safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property lettings or estate agency management with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broad client base confidently.
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation such as tenancy agreements, deposit protection schemes, and safety regulations is preferred.
