REquired skills:
-
7+ years of experience in SAP HCM consulting or a similar role.
-
Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY-PL) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Proven experience with SAP HCM implementations, including multiple implementation cycles.

Strong knowledge of Polish payroll regulations, including PIT, ZUS, and PPK requirements.

Experience configuring payroll processes, wage types, deductions, and gross-to-net calculations.

Understanding of HR policies, Polish labor law, and payroll compliance requirements.

Experience with payroll testing, parallel runs, validation, and end-user training.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

English B2+ and Polish B2+.
Nice-to-have skills:

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations with other SAP solutions.

Experience contributing to proposals, solution design, or pre-sales activities.
responsibilities:

Lead the design and configuration of Polish payroll solutions using SAP HCM Payroll (PY-PL) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Configure wage types, gross-to-net calculations, personal income tax (PIT), ZUS declarations, payroll deductions, and Employee Capital Plans (PPK).

Implement and configure processes related to Employee Mutual Aid Funds (PKZP/KZP).

Conduct parallel payroll runs, validate payroll results, and coordinate testing activities.

Deliver end-user training and support knowledge transfer.

Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets business requirements and Polish statutory regulations.

Analyze existing payroll processes, identify potential improvements, and recommend effective SAP-based solutions.
