Duties
- · Business sales executive assesses customer requirements and advises them on the products, stock availability, pricing and sales options offered by the business.
- · Advises customers on product prices, order quantities, discounts, delivery arrangements and payment terms, and coordinates customer orders where appropriate.
- · Builds and maintains relationships with customers, follows up on sales enquiries and orders, and promotes repeat business and further sales opportunities.
- · Monitors market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences, and recommends improvements to product ranges, promotional offers and sales activities.
- · Records sales transactions and performance, prepares sales reports, and deals with customer enquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
