- Manage the company’s overall financial operations, including budget, cash flow and financial reports.
- Ensure all financial activities follow company policies, tax requirements and relevant regulations.
- Review the financial performance of all centres and identify ways to reduce costs and increase revenue.
- Prepare and manage the company’s annual budget and cash flow planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws and healthcare regulations.
- Ensure invoices, payments and collections are processed accurately and on time, with minimal outstanding amounts.
- Ensure the fixed asset records are updated and accurate.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Review bank reconciliations, general ledger (GL), balance sheets and management accounts for all centres.
- Guide and support the Finance team to ensure good performance and smooth daily operations.
- Manage financial reviews and assessments for the acquisition of new dialysis centres.
- Manage the financial transition and consolidation of newly acquired centres into the company.
- Monitor procurement planning, supplier payments and expenses together with the Administration team.
- Manage and monitor insurance applications and renewals.
- Manage and monitor hire purchase and leasing applications.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
