**About the Role**
Lead a national 24/7 On\-Call Operations team supporting children and young people across Australia. Provide therapeutic leadership during critical incidents, coordinate workforce responses, coach a high\-performing team and ensure safe, compliant after\-hours service delivery.

**Duties**
* Lead a high\-performing On\-Call Operations team * Coordinate after\-hours incident responses * Coach staff in trauma\-informed practice * Allocate workforce and maintain service continuity * Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement
**Skills \& Experience**
* Lead teams within child protection, OOHC, disability or human services * Apply trauma\-informed and therapeutic practice * Manage critical incidents and operational risk * Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent leadership experience * Hold a Driver Licence, Working with Children Check and National Police Check (NDIS Worker Screening Check where required)
