LightForm is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quotation Specialist to join our Toronto team.
The Quotation Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotations, coordinating pricing and product information with manufacturers, and supporting the sales team throughout the quotation process.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations for Account Executives and clients
- Review product specifications, quantities, pricing, discounts, freight, tariffs, and applicable charges
- Request and confirm pricing, lead times, availability, and product information with manufacturers and vendors
- Ensure quotations meet company pricing and margin requirements
- Review quotations for accuracy and completeness before they are released
- Revise and update quotations as project requirements change
- Work closely with Account Executives to understand project requirements and deadlines
- Maintain accurate quotation, project, and customer information in NetSuite
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams on outstanding information required to complete quotations
- Assist with complex and large project quotations
- Maintain consistency in quotation formatting, pricing, and documentation
- Support the transition of approved quotations to the order and project coordination stage
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with pricing, margins, discounts, and calculations
- Ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines at the same time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Experience with NetSuite or another ERP/CRM system is an asset
- Experience with quotations, estimating, sales support, or project coordination is preferred
- Experience in lighting, electrical, construction, architecture, interior design, or a related industry is an asset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the sales team
