Tasks & Activities:
Lead Generation & Enrollment Growth:
1. Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels
2. Track leads through the admission funnel and conduct timely follow-ups via calls, emails,
and WhatsApp
3. Schedule and coordinate trial classes and open house events
4. Update CRM system daily with lead status and interactions
5. Create urgency through limited-time offers, early bird discounts, and sibling discounts
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
1. Manage presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business
2. Create monthly content calendars and post daily updates showcasing school activities
3. Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads with precise targeting
4. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for better ROI
5. Maintain minimum 4.5-star rating across all platforms
Content Creation & Campaign Management:
1. Create marketing content including brochures, flyers, videos, and admission kits
2. Capture photos and videos of school activities, events, and facilities
3. Design seasonal admission campaigns and thematic campaigns around festivals
4. Develop promotional offers and track campaign performance metrics
5. Create educational content on child development and parenting tips
