Establish an integrated patient support framework spanning programs, digital capabilities, data, and service models, ensuring alignment across brands and therapeutic areas. Define governance, operating models, and success metrics to measure impact, optimize investments, and continuously improve performance. Act as the primary affiliate leader connecting global strategy with local market needs, influencing future capability development and shaping best practices across the organization.

Own Digital Patient Support Ecosystem & Innovation
Lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of the digital patient support ecosystem, leveraging technology, data, and innovation to enhance patient engagement and outcomes at scale. Define and drive digital experience strategy, content governance, and engagement frameworks in partnership with brand, medical, legal, and technology teams. Champion data-driven decision making by establishing measurement frameworks, generating actionable insights, and identifying opportunities to improve personalization, effectiveness, and efficiency.
