Job Summary
Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of Wonderzone, ensuring efficient service delivery, proper manpower deployment, customer satisfaction , safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily Wonderzone operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor and manage the deployment, attendance, and performance of operations personnel.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
- Monitor the cleanliness, safety, readiness, and proper condition of facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, and other support departments on operational concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor operational supplies and equipment and ensure proper accountability.
- Prepare and submit required daily and periodic operational reports.
- Reports incidents, operational issues, and other concern to the Operations Manager.
- Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, or other related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant operations experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-service oriented and able to handle operational concerns effectively.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
