What does the job look like?
Linfox Intermodal is looking for a Branch Manager Central West based in Blayney NSW. This person will be responsible for leading branch operations, driving commercial performance, maintaining strong customer relationships and developing a high\-performing team. You will ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations while delivering outstanding service and financial outcomes. Key Areas:
Lead safety, compliance and operational performance across the branch Manage branch profitability, budgets and weekly P\&L outcomes Strengthen existing customer relationships and identify growth opportunities Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation Lead, coach and develop operational teams to achieve business objectives
Are you the one?
Leadership experience within transport, logistics or supply chain operations Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and P\&L management Proven ability to build customer relationships and influence stakeholders Strong safety, compliance and people leadership capability Experience managing performance, developing teams and dealing with industrial relations matters Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem\-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
