Job Summary
Part time person needed to join our small friendly hardworking team. Fabulous at customer service, professional, presentable, confidential and if you are savvy with social media that would be great! You would need to be flexible as we have to change days, cover holidays for each other. Enjoy merchandising/ shop window displays. You would need to be confident, be able to people manage and work under pressure as can get very busy at times. With full focus being on top customer service to help grow and drive the business forward. Bra fitting experience preferred but not essential. A real can do attitude.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their lingerie needs and preferences
- Offer expert advice on bras to help customers select the best products for their individual needs
- Promote and upsell merchandise by highlighting features and benefits that meet customer desires
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to ensure the store’s visual appeal aligns with brand standards
- Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently using strong time management skills
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-ups
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and assisting with stock organization to ensure product availability
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with an energetic and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing stock counts
- Excellent organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked
- Proven time management skills to balance multiple customer needs seamlessly
- Ability to demonstrate good phone etiquette when interacting remotely or answering inquiries
- Must be able to work flexible hours in a fast-paced retail environment
Pay: £26,436.80 per year
