Blockchain Developer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications and decentralized solutions. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering skills, experience with smart contracts, and an understanding of blockchain architecture and security principles.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy blockchain applications and smart contracts.
- Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain integrations.
- Work with blockchain protocols, distributed systems, and cryptographic mechanisms.
- Develop and integrate APIs connecting blockchain solutions with external systems.
- Optimize smart contract performance, scalability, and transaction costs.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and security assessments to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver reliable solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging blockchain technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Professional experience in software development, preferably in blockchain projects.
- Knowledge of blockchain architecture, distributed ledgers, and consensus mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying smart contracts.
- Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language, such as Rust, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with blockchain development frameworks, APIs, and testing tools.
- Understanding of cryptography, wallet integrations, and blockchain security.
- Familiarity with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Ethereum, EVM-compatible networks, or other blockchain platforms.
- Knowledge of Web3 libraries and tools, such as ethers.js, Hardhat, or Foundry.
- Experience with DeFi, tokenization, NFTs, or other blockchain use cases.
- Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions, cross-chain integrations, and scalability mechanisms.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies.
- Understanding of smart contract auditing and security best practices.
