Data Engineer (Kafka / Confluent Cloud)
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Kafka and Confluent Cloud to join our team and contribute to the development of modern data streaming solutions.
In this role, you will work with cloud-based data platforms, real-time data processing and event-driven technologies, helping build reliable and scalable data solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Confluent Cloud — certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of Apache Kafka.
- Good programming skills in Python.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of data engineering principles and real-time data processing.
Nice to have
- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC) tools and technologies.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with MongoDB.
