End User Experience Engineer
We are looking for an End User Experience Engineer to join an international engineering team responsible for enterprise endpoint and end-user technologies.

Managing and developing endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and Entra

Supporting secure remote access solutions and Citrix environments

Identifying and resolving end-user and technical issues across endpoint, identity and infrastructure layers
-
Working closely with engineering, security, networking and business teams
-
Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the end-user experience
-
Contributing to standardisation, automation and continuous improvement of endpoint platforms
-
Supporting technology decisions and delivering practical, scalable solutions
-
5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, EUC or similar roles
-
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra

Experience with remote access technologies and/or Citrix
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Practical, engineering-oriented approach

Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Experience working in a complex enterprise environment
Nice to have:
- Experience in financial services or investment banking
- Experience with automation and scripting
- Knowledge of modern endpoint management and cloud-based technologies
