Technical & IAM Knowledge:

Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control frameworks.

Strong familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments is highly desirable.

Good grasp of regulatory, audit, and risk compliance standards within financial institutions.

Delivery & Process Improvement: Hands-on experience in process analysis, workflow optimization, and implementing automation initiatives.
