About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Integration Engineer to support a complex data migration initiative involving enterprise HR platforms. The role combines hands-on data engineering, system integration and technical coordination to ensure data is transferred accurately, consistently and reliably between systems.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define data requirements, resolve integration challenges and establish robust, maintainable data flows.

Design, develop and maintain reliable data pipelines and integrations between enterprise systems.

Implement API-based data exchange and automated data ingestion processes.

Define data mapping rules and transformation standards in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Coordinate technical migration activities, monitor progress and ensure successful delivery.

Investigate data inconsistencies and integration failures, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Apply data modelling and architecture best practices, maintaining clear technical documentation.

Proven experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.

Strong SQL and Python programming skills.

Practical experience with APIs, data connectors and cross-system integrations.

Good understanding of data modelling, data transformation and data architecture.

Experience delivering or supporting complex data migration projects.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly when working with data quality issues.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
