What You'll Do
In this role, you will:

Assist the COO with high-impact operational projects and strategic initiatives

Optimize and scale internal processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and company-wide execution

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams to align operations with business objectives

Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes
