The Role
This role is a newly created position reporting to the Content and Experience Manager.
Can you deliver high-quality content that is on-brand, compliant, discoverable and effective?

Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, customer-focused copy across digital, CRM, social, print, product and support channels.
Manage high-volume content production, including drafting, editing, proofreading, revisions and approvals.
Complete detailed and repetitive quality checks to ensure content, links, assets and metadata are accurate and publication-ready.
Maintain consistent brand voice and ensure content meets legal, regulatory, privacy and accessibility requirements.
Optimise content for customer engagement and search, using approved AI tools and performance insights to improve results.
About You
Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality, compliant and on-brand content on time, with accurate releases, effective quality assurance and minimal publishing errors or rework. You can’t always show your “flair” but you understand our bigger plan and your on board!
Professional copywriting experience and a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital and offline channels.
Excellent written English, editing and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
A strong work ethic and the discipline to stay focused, productive and accurate through repetitive, process-driven tasks.
A dependable, delivery-focused approach—you take ownership, meet deadlines and consistently follow tasks through to completion.
Confidence working with stakeholders, feedback and competing priorities while maintaining brand, compliance and quality standards.
