**Job Overview**
We are seeking a versatile **Experience Designer** to craft intuitive user flows, interactive digital products, and high\-impact visual identities. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user research, multi\-screen interface design, and interactive media.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **End\-to\-End UX/UI:** Design seamless user flows, interactive prototypes, and scalable visual interfaces across mobile, web, and multi\-screen environments. * **UX Research \& Testing:** Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and run usability testing to refine complex platforms and physical/digital installations. * **System \& Service Design:** Develop systemic interventions, customer journey maps, and service blueprints to optimize end\-to\-end user experiences. * **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with developers, product managers, and project stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clean, engaging visual assets.
**Qualifications \& Skills**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des) or equivalent practical experience. * **Core Skills:** Wireframing, Interface Design, Micro\-Interactions, Usability Testing, UX Research, and Service Design Blueprinting. * **Software Proficiency:** Figma, FigJam, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Miro, ClickUp. * **Experience:** Proven track record in visual design, prototyping, and stakeholder collaboration (exhibits/museums, NGO services, or digital products preferred).
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
