Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile Experience Designer to craft intuitive user flows, interactive digital products, and high-impact visual identities. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user research, multi-screen interface design, and interactive media.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End UX/UI: Design seamless user flows, interactive prototypes, and scalable visual interfaces across mobile, web, and multi-screen environments.
- UX Research & Testing: Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and run usability testing to refine complex platforms and physical/digital installations.
- System & Service Design: Develop systemic interventions, customer journey maps, and service blueprints to optimize end-to-end user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, product managers, and project stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clean, engaging visual assets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des) or equivalent practical experience.
- Core Skills: Wireframing, Interface Design, Micro-Interactions, Usability Testing, UX Research, and Service Design Blueprinting.
- Software Proficiency: Figma, FigJam, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Miro, ClickUp.
- Experience: Proven track record in visual design, prototyping, and stakeholder collaboration (exhibits/museums, NGO services, or digital products preferred).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
