Role Overview
The Associate – IT (Technical Proposal Writer) will be responsible for supporting the development of
high-quality technical proposals for IT and technology-driven consulting assignments. The role requires
strong analytical and structured writing skills, the ability to interpret complex Terms of Reference (ToRs),
and the capability to translate technical IT solutions into clear, client-focused proposal narratives. The
position will work closely with technical experts, solution architects, and operations teams to deliver
compliant and competitive submissions for government and development sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Proposal Development
- Lead and support preparation of technical proposals, concept notes, Expressions of Interest
(EoIs), and tender submissions for IT and digital transformation projects.
- Analyze ToRs/RFPs and develop structured technical approaches, methodologies, solution
architectures, implementation frameworks, and workplans.
- Translate complex IT concepts (e.g., system design, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, data
platforms, ERP, MIS, AI/ML solutions) into clear and persuasive proposal content.
- Ensure alignment with client requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance standards.
2. Coordination and Content Integration
- Coordinate with IT architects, developers, domain experts, and operations teams to gather
inputs for technical submissions.
- Integrate technical, financial, and operational components into cohesive proposal documents.
- Ensure proposals are logically structured, technically sound, and submission-ready within
defined timelines.
3. Research and Documentation
- Conduct background research on client systems, sectoral IT ecosystems, and emerging
technology trends to strengthen proposal positioning.
- Prepare case studies, capability statements, solution briefs, and presentation materials.
- Maintain proposal repositories, templates, and knowledge databases for future submissions.
4. Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure all submissions meet formatting, documentation, and compliance requirements of the
client or donor agency.
- Review and edit documents for clarity, coherence, technical accuracy, and consistency
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
